Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with Detailing Souls, visiting our studio or using our website at detailingsouls.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

These terms apply to all clients, visitors and anyone who interacts with Detailing Souls in any capacity.

These terms were last updated in April 2026. We reserve the right to update them at any time. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services

Detailing Souls provides professional auto detailing and car care services including but not limited to:

  • Car Wash and Valet
  • Paint Correction — Single and Dual Stage
  • Ceramic Coating Application
  • Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installation
  • Interior Detailing and Sanitisation
  • Window Film Installation
  • Car Accessories Fitting

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. We do not guarantee specific outcomes beyond what is reasonably expected given the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.

Bookings and Appointments

All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be made via our contact form, phone or WhatsApp. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from us.

  • Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled by us with reasonable notice.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the scope of a service after inspecting the vehicle if the condition differs significantly from what was described at booking.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is accessible and ready at the agreed time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted before work begins. The agreed price is binding and will not change unless the scope of work changes with your explicit agreement.

  • No hidden charges — we do not add costs mid-job without your consent.
  • Payment is due on collection of the vehicle after you have inspected the completed work.
  • We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. We do not require advance payment to take a booking.
  • If additional defects are found during the job that require additional work, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

All quoted prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

We conduct a pre-service inspection of every vehicle and document its condition before work begins. By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, rust or mechanical issues noted at inspection are not caused by us.
  • Some defects — particularly deep scratches through the clearcoat, paint chips or pre-existing swirl marks — may not be fully correctable and we will advise you accordingly.
  • You confirm that the vehicle is yours or that you have the legal authority to authorise work on it.
  • Vehicles with severely degraded paint, rust through panels or structural damage may be declined service.

Limitation of Liability

Detailing Souls takes every reasonable precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • We are not liable for any damage to vehicles that is pre-existing or that arises from pre-existing conditions documented at inspection.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of use, loss of earnings or depreciation in vehicle value.
  • Items left inside the vehicle are at the owner's risk. We recommend removing valuables before dropping off your car.

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us before seeking any third-party remedy. We will always seek to resolve issues directly and promptly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy:

  • More than 24 hours notice — cancel or reschedule freely, no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice — for multi-day services (paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF), a cancellation fee may apply as the slot cannot be reallocated at short notice.
  • No-show without notice — the appointment slot is forfeited.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as early as possible and offer rescheduling.

Intellectual Property

All content on detailingsouls.com — including text, images, graphics, design and branding — is the property of Detailing Souls and may not be reproduced, copied or used without written permission.

Photographs taken of your vehicle during or after service may be used by us for marketing purposes on our website and social media. If you do not wish your vehicle to be photographed, please inform us at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
